Welcome to Mobile Vet Squad! We look forward to meeting you and your pets. Here are a few things to know before our first appointment:

  • Please fill out and sign our NEW CLIENT REGISTRATION FORM and PRACTICE POLICIES and return them to us by email (info@mobilevetsquad.com) or fax (914-579-0259) before your appointment.
  • All of our visits occur on our state-of-the-art mobile hospital.* If needed, we will happily assist you in bringing your cat or dog out to our unit.
  • We require safe, level parking, either on the street outside your home, or in your driveway. Our mobile unit is about the size of a large school bus. Clients residing in apartment complexes must receive permission from the apartment management company prior to our arrival for us to park on the premises.
  • With our personalized service, we ask that you allow 30 to 60 minutes for the first visit (longer if we are visiting with multiple pets).
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a $65 cancellation fee.
  • In order to provide excellent continuity of care, we ask that you please forward us your pet’s medical records prior to the first visit. Proof of vaccination is also required. Records can be faxed to us at 914-579-0259, or emailed to us at info@mobilevetsquad.com
  • For the first visit, we ask that you, or an adult family member, be present for the exam.
  • If you or your pet have any special needs, please let us know when scheduling your appointment.
  • For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or cash. We do not accept checks.
  • * Euthanasia services can be performed in the home at your request.
